1. Service Delivery & Proof

  • Upon purchase of our directory submission service, we will submit your website or business to the selected directories as listed at the time of purchase.
  • Directory lists and availability can change. We may replace unavailable directories with comparable alternatives at our discretion.
  • We do not guarantee inclusion in any specific directory. Substitutions may occur as needed.
  • All directory selections, substitutions, and submission methods are based on our professional judgment and operational experience.
  • Directory relevance varies. Submissions may include general business or product directories, not exclusively niche listings.
  • Definition of “Directory”: For the purposes of this service, a “directory” refers broadly to third-party websites that accept structured submissions for businesses, products, tools, or services. This may include traditional business directories, SaaS and product listings, startup aggregators, resource libraries, curated submission platforms, and similar sites. A directory is not required to be niche-specific, editorially curated, or guaranteed to generate traffic or SEO impact.
  • Directories may include content-driven platforms (such as blogs or publishing platforms) that accept structured submissions or listings as part of curated resource collections.
  • Quality Standard: “High-quality” in the context of this service means that submissions are made to real, publicly accessible websites that are indexed or indexable, not part of known private blog networks (PBNs), not auto-generated spam farms, and not deindexed at the time of submission. Quality does not imply relevance to a specific niche, guaranteed approval, traffic, rankings, or perceived editorial value.
  • Relevance Disclaimer: Relevance of a directory to a client’s business, product category, geography, or target audience is inherently subjective. By purchasing the service, you acknowledge that directory relevance is determined at our discretion and does not constitute a guarantee of suitability, traffic, or business outcomes.
  • No Performance Guarantee: We do not guarantee traffic, leads, conversions, rankings, domain authority changes, SEO improvements, or any measurable business outcome as a result of directory submissions.
  • Process-Based Service: This service is a manual execution service focused on completing submission actions to third-party platforms. The service is considered fulfilled once the agreed number of submissions has been completed and documented, regardless of acceptance, publication, visibility, indexing, or perceived quality of individual directories.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, authority, relevance, editorial standards, or long-term availability of any individual directory or third-party platform.
  • Geographic or eligibility restrictions may apply for some directories. If a directory requires local presence or specific criteria that your business does not meet, the submission may be declined.
  • For each submission, we will provide the best available proof:
    • If possible, a live link to the directory listing.
    • Where live links are not immediately available, we will provide a success message or screenshot indicating successful submission.
  • Proof may include confirmation messages, emails, or screenshots. Proof of submission reflects the completion of the submission action, not acceptance, publication, indexing, visibility, or permanence of a listing. Many directories do not provide public URLs, delay publication, require manual approval, or never publish submissions publicly.
  • Some directories only show a confirmation message and do not make listings live immediately. We do not guarantee the timing, permanence, or approval of publication by third-party directories.
  • Directory Rejections: Directories may decline or reject submissions at their sole discretion for any reason, including editorial standards, category fit, or submission criteria. We cannot control or influence directory approval decisions. Rejections are not a basis for refunds.
  • Ongoing monitoring or updating of listing statuses beyond initial submission is not included in the service unless otherwise agreed.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time for all submissions is 3-4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • This timeline allows for variability in directory processing and queue times.

3. Report Review & Issue Resolution

  • You must review the delivery report within 7 days of receipt and notify us of any issues or missing proof.
  • We will correct clear submission errors or provide updated proof where available. We do not guarantee that third-party directories will publish or approve listings.
  • Acceptance of the delivery report applies to the service as a whole. Disagreement with individual directories does not constitute non-delivery of the service.
  • If we do not receive a report-related inquiry within 7 days, the report will be considered accepted.
  • Requests made after the 7-day review window are not eligible for rework or refunds.

4. Refund Policy

  • No refunds once submissions have started or a delivery report has been provided, except where no proof can be provided for specific submissions.
  • No refunds for directory rejections, delays, delisting, or lack of listing visibility or traffic impact.
  • No refunds for change of mind, lack of results, or failure to review the report within the 7-day window.
  • Refunds will not be granted based on subjective dissatisfaction, perceived lack of quality, relevance disagreements, or unmet expectations not explicitly guaranteed in these Terms.
  • If we cannot provide proof for a specific submission, we may offer a proportional credit or refund for that submission at our discretion.
  • Refund requests must include the order ID and the specific submissions in question.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for your directory submissions and ensuring your business meets directory eligibility requirements. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate information or ineligible submissions provided by you.

6. Payment

All payments are due at the time of purchase. Once work has started, the service is considered in progress and is non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting support and allowing a reasonable opportunity for resolution constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to submit evidence of service delivery, including reports and proofs, to the payment processor.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services as defined in these Terms, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from directory submissions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you provide for directory submissions. By using our service, you grant us the right to use this content for the purpose of fulfilling our services.

9. Marketing Language Disclaimer

Descriptive language used on our website or marketing materials (including terms such as “high-quality,” “relevant,” or “carefully crafted”) is for general informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees, promises, or measurable service outcomes. The binding scope of the service is defined solely by these Terms of Service.

Any examples of directories, screenshots, or sample reports shown on our website or in communications are illustrative only and do not represent a guaranteed set of submissions for any specific order.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
