1. Service Delivery & Proof

  • Upon purchase of our directory submission service, we will submit your website or business to the selected directories as listed at the time of purchase.
  • Directory lists and availability can change. We may replace unavailable directories with comparable alternatives at our discretion.
  • We do not guarantee inclusion in any specific directory. Substitutions may occur as needed.
  • Directory relevance varies. Submissions may include general business or product directories, not exclusively niche listings.
  • Geographic or eligibility restrictions may apply for some directories. If a directory requires local presence or specific criteria that your business does not meet, the submission may be declined.
  • For each submission, we will provide the best available proof:
    • If possible, a live link to the directory listing.
    • Where live links are not immediately available, we will provide a success message or screenshot indicating successful submission.
  • Proof may include confirmation messages, emails, or screenshots. The absence of a live listing does not mean a submission was not completed.
  • Some directories only show a confirmation message and do not make listings live immediately. We do not guarantee the timing, permanence, or approval of publication by third-party directories.
  • Directory Rejections: Directories may decline or reject submissions at their sole discretion for any reason, including editorial standards, category fit, or submission criteria. We cannot control or influence directory approval decisions. Rejections are not a basis for refunds.
  • Ongoing monitoring or updating of listing statuses beyond initial submission is not included in the service unless otherwise agreed.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time for all submissions is 3-4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • This timeline allows for variability in directory processing and queue times.

3. Report Review & Issue Resolution

  • You must review the delivery report within 7 days of receipt and notify us of any issues or missing proof.
  • We will correct clear submission errors or provide updated proof where available. We do not guarantee that third-party directories will publish or approve listings.
  • If we do not receive a report-related inquiry within 7 days, the report will be considered accepted.
  • Requests made after the 7-day review window are not eligible for rework or refunds.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are limited and only available under the conditions below. Refund requests must be made within the report review window. For full details on our refund policy, including exceptions and procedures, please see our Refund Policy page.

  • No refunds once submissions have started or a delivery report has been provided, except where no proof can be provided for specific submissions.
  • No refunds for directory rejections, delays, delisting, or lack of listing visibility or traffic impact.
  • No refunds for change of mind, lack of results, or failure to review the report within the 7-day window.
  • If we cannot provide proof for a specific submission, we may offer a proportional credit or refund for that submission at our discretion.
  • Refund requests must include the order ID and the specific submissions in question.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for your directory submissions and ensuring your business meets directory eligibility requirements. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate information or ineligible submissions provided by you.

6. Payment

All payments are due at the time of purchase. Once work has started, the service is considered in progress and is non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy. 7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from directory submissions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you provide for directory submissions. By using our service, you grant us the right to use this content for the purpose of fulfilling our services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

  • By purchasing and using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service, including the limits on proof and refund eligibility.
